ABSTRACT	This paper introduces some measuring apparatuses which seem to be necessary for the precision measurement and some basic matters regarding measuring techniques for readers who are concerned with precision measurement.In the second half,this paper mainly explains the measurement of two-and three-dimensional coordinates by many examples of profile measurement which were done using a wind tunnel testing aircraft model.
