ABSTRACT |
An existing tracking rader was improved for use as a real-time flight path monitor for Automatic Landing FLight EXperiment(ALFLEX).The operational difficulty of the tracking radar was decreased and a data transfer function was added.Its function and performance were confirmed by flight testing,and the devices that were exchanged or added worked normally:Absolute position correction of the tracking radar was required to measure the flight path of an aircraft.Calibration data using DGPS positioning during flight testing were gathered easily |
