ABSTRACT	The Numerical Wind Tunnel,NWT,is a CFD-orineted vector parallel computer system with distributed memory.The development of a job scheduler is mandatory in order to perate the system effectively. Proposed herein is a scheduling algorithm which enhances the utilization ratio of processor elements,execution of jobs on the optimum number of processor elements,guarantees the turn-arouna scheduler simulator.
