    ABSTRACT As system output includes information concerning system input,it seems possible that system output can be used to estimate noisy system input.For SISO systems,the problem of input estimation using Kalman filter is examined.Since the problem is different from an ordinary Kalman filter problem,it is first modified to an ordinary Kalman Filter problem,and the input estimation accuracy is then calculated from the measurement accuracy through the Riccati equation.The input accuracy for an integrator
