ABSTRACT	In February 1990,an H-1 rocket was launched which successfully put DEBUT(Deployable Boom and Umbrella Test Satellite),MOS-1b(Marine Observation Satellite)and JAS-1b(Japan Amateur Radio Satellite)into each orbits.DEBUT is the small satellite(50kg)having deployable/retractable boom and umbrella systems which are important subsystems to be used on the Tether/Boomeran Satellite.All the mission and telemetry/command(tele-command)systems functioned well,and all the planned,in-orbit performance tests w
