You are invited to participate in the Second International Engineering Conference on Development in Civil & Computer Engineering Applications (IEC2015)
that will be held at Ishik University
, Erbil, Iraq, on Nov 22-23, 2015. The event will be held over two days, with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.

Submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers and all accepted & registered papers will be included in the proceedings of the conference - ISSN 2409-6997 (print). The conference proceedings will be indexed by Google Scholar Databases.

Indexing could include other databases (to be updated).
